Shout-out to EXO customer service

Quick shout-out to the excellent customer service at EXO.

I have beat up my K3 pack pretty soundly for five years. After getting home from a recent trip, I took my pack apart to give it a washing with the garden hose.

I realized that one the "wings" on my belt had almost ripped off and was only being held on by the corner stitching. I'm not sure how or when this occurred, but one email later, Jake had shipped me a new belt.

I fully intended to just buy a new belt, but they exceeded my expectations.

Earlier this summer I managed to break off one of the prongs on my belt buckle. Same thing, emailed a picture to Jake and a new buckle was on the way.

Good people there! They fixed my K3 that I tore badly in a spot. They took it all the way apart, replaced the section that was damaged, and sent it back to me.
