I have an issue with my shoulder strap on one side. For the life of me I can not get it to sit on my shoulder. I have adjusted it up down and every which way to help. I am wondering if I should adjust up on the side that feels okay and adjust down on the side that feels awkward. Any help would be appreciated. I have talked with Kifaru customer service just wondering if maybe I am adjusting the wrong side.

might check out the delta straps etc....if they are not all loose when donning the pack it will be hard to center on your waist or your shoulders. And an obvious is to be sure that your load lifters are loose. Just make sure every strap that attaches the frame/bag to the belt is loose before putting it on, then after buckling your belt and adjusting shoulder straps, snug em up the rest. As long as your shoulder straps are properly adjusted I cant think of any other reason for the pack to be riding lopsided.

Also, which frame and bag do you have?

Not sure if it's same problem, but on my duplex, the three bar slider that controls load lifter angle slips on the left shoulder all the time. I think it's because I pick the pack up to don it using the left strap. It will make the pack feel off balance all of a sudden when nothing else has changed.

I figured as much, if those delta straps aren't loose when donning the pack they can cause all sorts of problems from the belt to the shoulder straps, and even once the pack is on they only need to be snug. I been there, that's how I know :)

Thanks! I never knew I had to loosen them and re tighten them. I guess I truly forget about them because of the belt pouches.

probably not, but do you have a shoulder injury? I separated mine in college and pack straps are always sliding off....or at the very least non- symmetrical.
