Long story short, had nerve pinched in my shoulder, went to the doctor but they never recommended any PT. Anybody got any exercises or workouts to increase my strength/stability?

Get-ups are one of the best exercises out there pretty much regardless of sport/activity you're training for. Whole entire programs are based simply around those and kettle swings.I’ve used Turkish get ups to rehab and prehab my shoulders for years. Works well for me.
