Been trying to get this new bow dialed in and my confidence up, I think I have been overdoing it. Shooting every day for a few weeks...25ish arrows. Went fishing Saturday and started getting shoulder pain while vertical jigging. Now I cant even pull my bow back. September 18th is going to be here fast too...

I guess im just venting. Perhaps a PSA as well to practice but take it easy. Going to lay off for at least a week, maybe more if thats what it takes for the pain to wear off. Wish me luck

Look into a medical clinic that offers Softwave around you. I've had shoulder problems for years and this helped me when I started having problems shooting my bow.

Its pretty typical rotator cuff stuff, it's happened to me and just about everyone I know.

Doctor, rest maybe even an injection but then go to a good PT and learn how NOT to impinge your shoulder joint when you draw your bow. There is a technique...and it works.
