Should I take my rv for a September WY elk hunt

I retire in August and hopefully will draw an elk tag in Wyoming. I am using my 15 points to draw the tag, and for once won’t be time limited. I will be hunting solo for part of the trip, but will have my son and nephew there on a couple of the weeks. I plan to leave home in Kansas after Labor Day and stay as long as I can stand it. In years past we have always tent camped, and I have that equipment. For this hunt I am considering taking our fifthwheel to use as a base camp. The camp site near the unit I am applying for has no electric or water. Is the fifthwheel going to be more of a pain than it’s worth. It’s possible to get pretty cold temps at night, and with no night time power will I be able to use any water?? I would have my son pull a side by side out to get to the area we are hunting. Anyone have any experience rv camping in September in Wyoming??

For me it is a no brainer, but I've travelled at least 3 months a year for a decade in a rv and am very comfortable in it and it is set up for off grid use. If having the rv isn't a distraction, I would take it with out a doubt. You can still spike in if there is a place you want to tent camp.

I burn out after multiple days of hunting. A city/tourist day here and there might be worth adding to the plan.
