Short LOP Tikka Chassis/Stock Options

I have a Tikka Varmint in 223 that is very accurate but I have not used much the last few years. My 7.5 years old son is at the point where he is ready to start shooting something larger besides 22LR for target practice and I think this Tikka 223 would work well if I can get a much shorter LOP stock that will fit him well. Anyone else have suggestions for an aftermarket stock with a 10.5-11.5 LOP for this Tikka? I have a few XLR Elements for Remington Chassis and understand they make a short LOP stock option but don’t really want to spend $800-$1000 for another Element for a Tikka (This is my only Tikka) unless this is best option for fitting him properly. Any suggestions??

If you're handy, you could chop down your existing stock .

Isn’t the factory tikka compact line a shorter LOP? Could snag a factory take off on the EE and open up the barrel channel to fit the varmint profile.

Guys thanks for the above responses. I think the Compact is still like a 12.5 LOP and kinda want to ditch the plastic factory stock, but I don’t mind chopping it as a last resort.
