Shoot 2 Hunt 0-600 Yard Online Class

Taking my time. 4/4 10” Target at 300

If your prone you should be controlling the rear of the rifle with your off hand,

Like this, pinching the stock between thumb and pointer finger

With your other 3 fingers you grab the side, or accessories pouch or whatever you can move over for the desired height. All you are using the harness for is to fill the gap between those 3 fingers and the ground.

You lay it flat if it needs to be lower,View attachment 898850

Stand your binos up for it to be higher

I copied these from another thread but I really appreciate videos and pictures like these. While I understand that it’s difficult to fully capture the depth of an in-person shooting course online, I believe there is significant value in offering something similar for hunters and shooters who are eager to learn. What may seem simple to some can be incredibly insightful to others, I would never have thought to use a bino harness as a rear rest, let alone while still wearing it. I hope an online course is still being considered, even if it’s a more basic or streamlined version compared to the in-person experience.

Agreed, I am trying to find all these vids I have seen on here, I know @Formidilosus has thrown a few on her as well. I am trying to create a library.
If anyone has any on the following that would really help

-proper grip
-proper trigger finger
-field positions (not prone) * I know form had a great pic I think of his gf cross legged with a backpack?

Any legit sources would be effin awesome!!

The grip one is something I would really like as I think its my week spot

@Formidilosus @Bluumoon do you guys ever shoot off tripod in the field? or is it too slow?
