I have always shipped rifles via UPS to the buyer's FFL. I heard and saw something on another thread saying that UPS will no longer accept long gun shipments from private parties......I don't want any links to UPS' website. Just looking to see if anyone (non FFL) here has actual experience recently shipping a firearm via UPS to an FFL? For me it's been about 3 months since I have....

May only be the "ups stores" official ups locations may ship. I tried to ship a mcmillen stock and the "ups store" would not ship it. Of coarse they don't know whats in the box unless you declare it.

It is the store locations, go to a hub. Use pirate ship to create a label, much cheaper.

Yeah I normally just have the driver pick it up from my house. because I know the stores won't take it. Sounds like it's business as usual. Thanks Gents

I was told recently it’s a new UPS policy. So for us non-FFL types to ship to an FFL, USPS is the only way to fly as FedEx is out of that business as well.

I got told at my local UPS store earlier this year that me shipping a firearm (back to manufacturer) was a felony if I a didn't have an FFL... I went to FedEx down the street and had no issues

It ask depends on who you talk to. Seems like everywhere no one really knows the policy. If you are shipping from and to a location in their limited delivery territory Speedy Delivery has been good to me and way cheaper than UPS or FedEx.
