Again, I have owned both and it is a wash.

Especially when you throw in the fact that fabric samples don't mean jack when the true strength of the shelter is in the seams and pitch.

Like I said, in the field...my 30D shelters (Cimarron and Live 2 Hunt Sawtooth) have been more durable than my Supertarp.

Hard to convince me otherwise when I have observed with my own two eyes what a "superior" fabric looks like after being used a handful of times.

Lots of pros/cons for both Kifaru and SO, but fabric strength is a wash.

Both are great company’s and shelters . If there is a measure-able difference I would like to see it because I haven’t.

William Hanson does make shelters and he has stated before that the fabrics are not the same. Apparantly a few of you have not watched Aron’s YouTube video on Kifaru fabric. All I said was to give Kifaru a look.
