this isnt a what better, more of a FYI. Few years ago i bought some sheep feet for my Lowas and they felt great in those boots. Lowas are getting a bit beat up and wanted to start breaking in a new pair of boots that have a little more flex so i bought some meindl boots. Got the meindls and took the full length sheep feet out of the lowas and into the meindls and the sheet feet felt terrible (golf ball under the foot feeling everyone talks about that i never expereinced with them in the lowas). The stock soles of the meindls were the same size of the sheep feet so i thought that was weird. Picked up some super feet last week and put them in the meindls and they feel great. My only guess is that the meindls shape pushes my foot forward so the arch of the sheep feet is alot closer the the front of my heel then on the arch of my foot. I also threw in my half size sheep feet from my shoes into the meindls and they felt bad as well. So if people are having trouble with the sheep feet not fitting well, it could be because how the boot is designed or the shape of it.

If i started with the meindls i would have been pretty disapointed in the sheepfeet.
