Sharing Waypoints From OnX to GoHunt Maps

Have been trying to get a firm answer on this but cant seem to find it, does anyone know if someone can send a waypoint through OnX to a hunting partner using GoHunt maps (and the reverse) and have it come through and be saved? I sent the question to GoHunt and got a vague response so am hoping someone knows from experience

I’m almost 100% certain this won’t work. Only reason is because we were messing with trying to share the link to an email which would scrub out the data and add it to a database of sorts. Basically, the share links are web links. Not actual coordinate data. I find it highly unlikely either of these companies would want to have users interchanging data.

You can export KML from onX, can you import that into goHunt?

Why not just text the waypoint co-ordinates taken from one app and plug them into the other? I know it's not a direct import but isn't that hard at all to do. It's what I/we do all the time.

I haven't tried it yet but I think it's doable. I may give gohunt maps a try sometime this fall. Here's a couple of links I found from a quick search. I know I can export waypoints from Onx, so it should be fairly simple to do from there.
