SG Sky Tarp

I am interested in getting my first tarp set up. I like that everything is included in this package. I was hoping to use this for the obvious reasons of blocking wind and rain. I had also assumed that it would be great for blocking the sun as well but I read on here that a guy was saying the 10d material does not do a good job of blocking the heat. This would be a letdown as I figured on getting most of my practice for pitching it would be using it for shade this summer. If any of you have experience with this tarp I would appreciate hearing about it. Thank you in advance for your help.

ive been tarp camping and hunting for quite a while personally I LOVE SG gear , but for the price there are better tarps with more versatility then the stone set up . Check out Lite Outdoors. can get a 12 pk of the stakes and a 10x10 tarp for under $150
