Is it possible to sew webbing on a household sewing machine? Looking to sew some K clips and buckles on some 1'' webbing. I just want to fold over the webbing and sew it.

Some machines are more powerful than others.
And keep in mind that many of the newer machine have plastic gears that can fracture when doing heavy duty webbing sewing. However, the older, all metal machines are nearly bombproof and are better suited for HD sewing.
I like to do a straight stitch, then back stitch, then switch to a tightly spaced width zig-zag. And always finish with a back stitch to lock the stitch.
I also use my hand on the wheel to help and slow the machine to control it.... because you'll probably be putting a fair bit of petal to it to get the stitch started.
Hope this helps,
