Semi Custom 358 Win Build Ideas

Looking at putting a 358 Win together. 250 yard and under deer gun. Light and nimble and maybe even adjustable LOP. Maybe youth gun some with sub sonics. (I will reload)
Removable clip would be nice but not a fan of them hanging out the bottom to far.
Will probably replace trigger
Open to any make just wondering what has the most parts available and easy to DYI. Seems like the Rem 700 have fallen in shadows.
Keep the price under $1500 pre optics? Thanks

Did you see Ruger is launching a stainless 16.6" Hawkeye in 358 Win: https://ruger.com/products/HawkeyeHunter/specSheets/67107.html

It will be HARD to do much better than this for under $1500 considering the Ruger hawkeye already has many of the upgrades you'd be doing to a custom (stainless bottom metal, walnut stock, threaded short barrel, decent trigger, etc).
