Selling AICS mags

Couldn’t find this in the search:

Is there any issue selling like AICS mags online in the classifieds? All I could gather from google is there are some states you can’t ship “high capacity” mags (definition seems to vary) but I’m not talking 30 round AR mags I’m talking like a 3-5 rounds AICS type mag. If anyone can point me to a summary of the rules they are aware of I’d really appreciate it.

If you're only shipping 3 to 5 round mags, I don't think there are any states that have outlawed ship to or ship from. For those states that have legislation with magazine capacity limits, the general rule is anything over 10 rounds is considered "high capacity". With a few exceptions.
