WTS Seekoustide beyond the timberline

I have a problem with too many teepee tents! I need to clean out some so I have a seekoutside beyond the timberline tent with stove jack! I bought it on here over the winter and only ever set it up in the yard. Has been seam sealed but no pole no stakes. This silvertip took the the place of this tent. $225 shipped to lower 48. Is it the same size as the silver tip or more like a cimmaron?

More like the silvrtip. Only difference is two guy points on the silver tip and the bt2 is 8' across instead of 9
