Hi all,
I am a new member here, finally decided to sign up after years of looking through the window.

Im hoping the hear some of your guy's opinions on these 3 rifles, im looking into buying one in a 7 prc but I haven't seen very much discussion or side by side comparisons between these three. The models in particular are the seekins ph3, fierce twisted rival and the bergara crest.

Id love hear everyone's thoughts and pro cons before I pull the trigger on one.
Thanks!

Seekins are great. Bergara and fierce are both pretty good as well. But Seekins will probably have much better customer service if ever needed.

And just like that, all three are either the best or the worst!
Hey just food for thought there are many good rifles for under $1000- Savage, Ruger and Weatherby as well as other options. I own some rugers and they shoot lights out. Tikkas are famous for being great. A lot of this is pick one, and use it.
Good luck!

I own a Bergara 22LR bolt action, and I like it. That’s not a good correlation for a center fire though. I have a reloading buddy that has a premium model Bergara that he really struggled with. I wouldn’t own one

I own an older Fierce. I don’t recommend them to anyone.

I own a few Seekins. I really like them, but I still prefer Tikka. Seekins would definitely be my pick of the three you asked about.

I stared my precision shooting with Fierce. I even when to their long range shooting school. The original Fierce rifles were made in Canada and were shooters, Well that fell apart the way of Christiensen once they became popular and started manufacturing their own stuff to keep up with demand. I went to Seekins after that and they were crazy good rifles. Well I shot out my NRL-H barrel and I have been waiting almost 8 months for a replacement barrel with almost no communications.. My first 2026 NRL event is in two weeks and needless to say I won't be shooting my Seekins. Like Christiensen and Fierce, they have grown beyond their quality and customer service. I have not had a Bergara but today I shot my new Tikka and like all the other ones I have had its a shooter. If Tikka makes the caliber you want I would start there.

I have a seekins ph2 in 7prc. Was trying to make the same decision you are a couple of years ago and landed on the seekins. Depending on your use case, I’d consider trying to snatch up a ph2 if you can find one. I personally like the action a little more, and it’s lighter. But not light enough to cause recoil issues. Fully setup I’m at 10.5 lbs, but would be almost 11 with a ph3

I have a PH2 and a 3
Both shoot most factory ammunition well.
The 7 has only been fed 2 things and its drives them both at 5/8-3/4 5 shot groups.

I shoot the PH3 more as it’s cheaper to shoot, and it (the rifle is consistently 1/2 MOA with Hornady Black 105’s if I stay out of the Red Bull.

The PH3 has some feeding glitches that I’m going to call about, but if you run the gun like you hate it, it functions, and so far I can’t get it to string because of over heating with normal use.

Off that list, a seekins. But you don't need a 7 PRC, you'll shoot something lower recoil much more and much better. 6.5 Creed is a good upper limit, but if you can snag one of the new Tikka 6 creeds that is even better.

Of the 3 you asked about.Seekins, Bergara and only their higher end line or one in 6.5CM , then Fierce. Never owned the Seekins they are on my list but I have too many so I can wait until the perfect deal falls in my lap to try one. Bergara, have had at least 5 of them and recommended and set up a few more for friends. Their higher end rifles shoot lights out and ONLY in 6.5 CM. Why that is I don’t know. I’ve shot and owned a few outside of 6.5 and they did not shoot well. One being a new 223 trainer that went back and was replaced under warranty. It was immediately sold. I can’t explain why their 6.5’s shoot better than their other calibers. However, a 308, 223, 7mag all shot 2” 10 shot groups for me at best so they were all sent packing. Fierce I can’t comment on beyond the reviews which tell me it is Fierce roulette. Fierce seem to be 50/50 on being a decent rifle from all accounts. Seekins is more 75/25 on a decent rifle based on reviews and Bergara I gave up on. Sold my last bergara a few week ago. I am down to 3 rem 700 style rifle with a Howa and an Alamo Precision I’ve moved to the Tikka after have a few that shoot very well. I believe the Tikkas were/are ugly and still stand by that, BUT they shoot and function well.

Thanks for all the opinions but I guess I should clarify a few things, I have tikka, sako, bergara and vanguard/howa. I also have 6.5creed, 6.5prc, 6.5-284 and 300 win to name a few, I am looking to bridge that gap between 6.5mm and 30 cal, in something a little different. Thus enter 7 prc

Without having any experience with them the seekins and horizon firearms are the upper end factory rifles I would like to try.

Seekins is a pretty easy decision here. Never had good luck with Bergara and Fierce has a fiercely terrible reputation.

I won't own a rifle with dual ejectors. They show pressure sooner and solve a problem that doesn't exist. Any action manufacturer I see making an action with dual ejectors indicates they have an engineer they need to part ways with.

So for that reason...Bergera from those 3.
