Has anything came of this? I'm having similar issues.

They rebarreled it, twice actually. Kind of a pain but happy with it now. It just doesn’t shoot the 156’s well. I’m close to sea level and per Bergers twist rate calculator the 156 isn’t close to stable. I don’t handload to take it either. Got it back and shooting 140 Bergers suppressed and 8 of 10 rounds are touching. The two “fliers” were chrono’ed lower velocity. I think the suppressor(tbac ultra 9 6.5cal) messes with the shot barrel some. Either in harmonics, 9” suppressor on a 20” barrel, or too much back pressure. I’ll get a hard to close bolt sometimes and it’s carbon buildup on the bolt face. Flake it off with a knife and keep rolling. I’ll mess with it some more after our deer season is over but for now I’m shootimg does for management and the 140’s are doing well. Shot one Sunday at dark on a wood line at 458 yards. She didn’t go but 20 yards, maybe. I’m starting to put more stock in the “your groups are too small” line of thinking. For reference with just a brake 3 shot factory eld-c is touching. Suppressed it opens up. I’m thinking that’s suppressor. Also if I shoot and don’t let the gas blow out of the action/barrel I’ll get a lower velocity and an odd impact. I think that suppressor is too restrictive or something. I’m not well versed enough to use the proper terminology.
