For that price it should come with a good Cerokote finish, IMHO.
I have heard mixed reviews on the bolt throw on the Seekin's actions. ??? For those of you running these, any concerns?

Best part of Seekins, IMHO, is the customer service re-enactments they did for a while. Those were entertaining, although I did cringe when they threw rifles or drove over them... : ) I'd like to see one in person one of these days.

Well, I bought one. Mounted a Leupold VX5HD 3-15 on it. This rifle shoulders great. Best cheek weld I've ever had. Three shot group with Hornady 143 ELDX

I cant get over the spiral fluting on the barrel. I know someone always chimes in with call their custom shop. Why don't they just make one without it.

I’m sure there’s several reasons why Seekins went with the Deep spiral option, I’ll take function & performance. And I Really like the looks of it in a matte tungsten finish.

I think its unique looking and different. I handled 1 in Scheel's a few weeks ago and I think I will own one some day.
