Thanks for posting this. I’ve been curious about Seekins and their weights. Yours is at least farely close to their listed weight of 6 pounds even. Some of the rifle companies seem to list weights about like bow manufacturers list speeds.
I took a set of scales into Scheels several years ago and weighed every rifle I was considering.

The one I had was off but it didn’t matter because you couldnt see the thing with the scope mounted anyways. Stupid gimmick.
