Hey Everyone. We redesigned the Silvertip two person tipi. Its available in Dyneema, has a hook up for a floor liner system as well as an optional stove jack. It now pitches with just one trekking pole and has 20 different stake out points so it is still just as bombproof. We are also just way better at making tents than we were 15 years ago when we started...

I’ve loved the old version, It’s been a great shelter. I bought it on here a few years ago used.

It’s particularly good for just me and a stove, plenty of room. And the small footprint has made it easy to set up in tighter spots.


Edit. So it seems they’ve shortened the height and sort of stretched it one way, plus they removed the sod skirt and a door. Interesting.

They also added more guy outs, this is the very thing I did with mine; I sent it back in and had them modify it.

They were able to drop the weight but more than a 1/4 lb, w the swaps and additions. Mine is not far from the weight of my Cimarron light after the mods I made. Somehow adding a stove jack only tacks on an additional 3 oz? What’s this voodoo?

It’s kinda of tempting at that price point. Blah
