8 Man Tipi in GOOD condition. Comes with 2 liners, aluminum pole, stakes and has screens. Sealed. One of the liners has a few burn spots where we let it hit the stove when we were puting it in. Still works fine. Has a couple stake loop anchors that need some stitching and maybe half dozen ember burns. Nothing big just little ones. I was going to send to Seek and have repaired for estimated 100 bucks. If it doesn't sell in the next week or so I'll send it in. It still pitches fine and we just had it up a few months ago with no issues. Was just going to fix it as a precaution.
