WTB Seek Outside/Luxe Hot Tipi Tent Cimaron/Radcliff/Octopeak

Looking to purchase a hot tent. Would prefer to go with SO but open to an Octopeak in good condition. Prefer one that is already seam sealed with a stove jack, but will entertain whatever is out there. Looking for a Cimarron or Radcliff.

Can pick up pretty much anywhere on the Front Range or with a few hours of COS.
