I took advantage of Seek Outside's Black Friday sale, and ordered a Redcliff and a stove. Got a call about 30 minutes later to thank me for my order, to let me know that they were getting it ready to ship, and also that they noticed that I had not ordered stovepipe for the stove. They wanted to make sure that I had not forgotten to include it in the order. I had not, as I already have stovepipe, but I sincerely appreciated the call to ask me about it, and for the update about my order. Great company, great products, and excellent customer service.

x3 -- They are always willing to answer questions and provide insights about their products and how to best use them in the backcountry. I totally pleased with their products and customer service.

AMAZING customer service, I’ve had the 8 man and stove for 4 years now. I had to buy a new dampener and it broke after the first trip (everything is super lite and can be a little fragile because of it). I emailed SO and they sent me a new one no questions asked next day air. Also had no problem getting ahold of them when we had some pitch questions. Great company.

When I get my dream pack string of mules assembled, I will for sure be outfitting my camp gear through Seek Outside :)
