WTS Seek Outside Courthouse

Courthouse comes with the liner and I sealed the seams. Used one year has very small ember hole (1/8") otherwise in great shape. This is a great tent, very packable, easy set up and plenty roomy for 3 with gear. Only reason selling is changing my hunting game to a different approach. Will send some extra sealer (not needed but I have it on hand). $1300 shipped.
