If that is something you have to do your self then no. I have done nothing to this tent since I got it, not even set it up.

Seam sealed?

Seam sealing is pretty simple especially with the smaller sized Cimarron. Purchase tent sealer and mix with clear mineral spirits, seal away. First set up the shelter, of course.
