Seek Outside Cimarron Pyramid 2 Door Tipi Silnylon Tent with stove jack for sale. $275 TYD. Comes with Seek Outside adjustable carbon fiber pole, guy lines, factory tube of seam seal, stuff sack, and 8 tent stakes. Stove not included.
Tent was used on 5 week long trips, and is in used condition. I never seam sealed it, there are approximately ten or more tiny pin holes from stove sparks (see pics - a few of the holes are a few milimeters larger than the one pictured with pencil. Largest hole is 6mm, also pictured), and it's not perfectly clean; all of which are easy repairs that just come down to sweat equity. Half of the holes have been repaired by seam grip and/or Tenacious Tape. Seek Outside sells a cheap silnylon patch kit (basically just Tenacious Tape). That all said, tent works correctly as is, being sold as is, but is in used condition, and needs to be seam sealed holes repaired if user plans on camping in rainy conditions.
This package sells for $565 msrp ($465 for tipi, $100 for pole), but since some maintenance is required I'm letting it go for $275 ($200 for tipi, $75 for pole).
