Seek Outside Brightwater 1 person

Hey All! New tents are live. The Brightwater 1 person was built from our experiences hunting New Zealand. Lots of tussocks, no large areas to pitch, and lots of moisture. The Brightwater uses an off centered cut and a rear stabilization pole to give this shelter lots of usable space, while also maintaining a footprint smaller than anything we have made before. Pitch it in a mule deer bed or knife ridge all day.

We added a giant modular ventilation flap to the back that has multiple positions that can be used even in rainy conditions and reduces condensation significantly. We have a nest for it, it pitches with trekking poles and packs down to the size of a softball. Check it out now!

I love that this is specifically marketed to work for tall people up to 6’6”. Is it truly comfortable up to that height without my head and feet getting soaked against the wall material? (I’m 6’5”)

I laid in it yesterday and it was roomy. I'm 6' and could have put a full pack sideways past my feet and had room to stretch my elbow above my head laying down.
