I was thinking of ordering some seat covers in kryptek typhon. It seem like the ruff tuff might be the best option. Anybody use these or have other suggestions, thanks

I have no experience with ruff tuff. I have had marathon seat covers for 11 years and they have been beat to hell. Liquids still roll right off the material. All I do is machine wash them every once in a great while and they still look brand new. I can't imagine any seat covers being better than marathon. They are available in highlander and typhon.

I own the Cabela's nylon. They wouldn't stay in place with SuperGlue. Wish I had spent the money on Marathon.

I have 350,000 miles on marathon covers. I have not touched them since the day they went on. No adjustment, snugging, tightening, nothing.
They fit tighter than a second skin.

Headwater looks good as well plus made in america, it's definitely between these two. Hopefully I will get more feedback on the headwater as marathon looks like a sure thing but this is the first I've heard of headwater.

I had the ruff tuff on my 2012 Ram. They fit good but left a nasty stain on my center console. Also when installing them, the stitching on the straps ripped, making the passenger side fit poorly. (they were typhoon and looked good)

Yep! That's how mine fit. I have only removed them to wash because when waterfowl hunting I would often jump in the truck with wet mud caked waders.
The marathons have never let a bit of grime through. My leather seats still look brand spanking new underneath!

For both the construction company and personal, the only covers I put on are Marathon or Headwaters. Absolutely excellent fit and finish. Headwaters is only down the street(highway) from marathon and started by an ex Marathon employee.

Just ordered a set of Kings Armory seat covers in Kryptek Nomad for the 2010 Dodge. As much as I go to the range/matches I'm hoping the MOLLE webbing in the back helps keep my gear a bit more organized. A bit "tacticool" in my opinion but I see myself using them for their purpose quite a bit as well. Just hope they fit good!

I went with the headwaters In typhon. The marathons were over 7 weeks out. The headwaters were under 3 and as far as I can tell the exact same thing. Also headwaters offers a military/LE/firefighter discount so I also saved over 100$ vs the marathons. Hopefully I like them, I'll keep people posted.

Interesting. So, morning when I am late out the door (6am) this little brick building right next to where I live already has its lights on and all these little old ladies are showing up. I realized it was some sort of manufacturing place, as there was a bunch of sewing machines etc, with all the gals facing a big front window. Just did a quick google search about the seat covers ya'll been talking about, and no shit, it turns out to be Marathon seat covers. Might start jumping in the dumpster behind their building!

I guess the headwaters shop is real close by you as well, I e heard it's just down the street from marathon. Either shop will install the covers also.
