SD goat

Here is a goat I took in SD. The rifle I used was a Krupp laufstahl rifle given to me by a friend who bought it new in 1958, while he was stationed in Germany in the navy. I cant find to much info on the rifle so if anyone has any info on it please share.

What optic are you running on the rifle? That's an interesting mount....I've never seen a ring that mounts around the front bell of the scope?

Also, what caliber?

its a 30-06 rifle. The scope is a 4x32 hubertus II. the mounts are a quick attach claw. I guess its a matching set between the rings and mounts. I can't just buy a another set of rings for the mounts. the mounts are part of the action and cannot be removed.
