About to order (price went from 786 to 832, but still a good deal). Do I just order, pay, and choose my local dealer? When do I pay for the stamp and get a single shot trust set up?

Yes, you will need to send them your dealers ffl and sot, you will do everything else with purchasing the stamp and giving the trust info to your dealer once they receive the suppressor.
