Just want to brag on Scott Archery for a minute. I called them about the length adjustment slot threads stripping out on my release. I wanted to make sure they could have my release back to me in time to hunt or if it was even worth sending in as a product that could be warrantied since i have had it for years. The CS guy told me that my release was at least 15 yrs old, which I’ve had it at least 20 yrs, and it wasn’t serviceable and therefore no longer under warranty.
He then told me that if I didn’t have any emotional attachment to it and would send it back to them, that he would swap it out for the latest version, no charge. So I got a new release shipping out today. That is solid customer service right there and the way you take care of your customers.
