Scope window mount question/suggestion

Wanting a new window mount as I have some old crappy one. Would like one that is a ball head but also ability to pan. Thanks for any input y’all may have.

I use the Vortex car window mount and like it.

Have a Vortex and another but frankly our old Bushnell is the best, one lever controls all the movement.

I currently have the Vanguard Arca window mount, and it’s really nice. That being said, I’m actually going to switch to a Sirui ball head. A fluid/pan head is annoying if your vehicle isn’t level, as you then have to hold your head at an angle or constantly readjust the clamp.
