Schnee’s timberland V2 rand separating

looking to see if anyone else is having this problem? The boots have very little use probably less than five times for a few hours each. never had the rand separate so quickly on any of the other boots I’ve used (crispi hanwag lowa Meindl to name a few )
Reached out to Schnee’s they sent me a return label to get them fixed got them back and this was the fix or not.



I know it probably won’t affect the boot any just don’t like it. I sent them another message haven’t received anything back yet.
