Schnees Beartooth lace holder broke

Brand new beartooths probably 20 miles on them the lower lace holder broke. I called schnees and they said they would send me a new pair out today because i need them and not to bother sending the broken ones back . That fantastic customer service. my question is are they not worth fixing or more trouble for them to fix?

No idea. But I would suggest you reach out to Hoffman's Boots and see if they can fix it for you. Their president, Jim, went out of his way to take care of me on some boots that they didn't make or sell. Pretty stand up company. @Hoffman Boots

If you have a boot / shoe repair place close to you might be able to fix it as well. And Schnee's customer service is top notch.
