Scarpa Charmoz vs (Kuiu) Rebel K GTX

Does anyone know the difference between the Scarpa Charmoz and the Rebel K GTX?
From what I can tell, the Charmox is 2 oz heavier, appears to have one less eyelet (not really an eyelet; on the rebels, its the fabric-kind of eyelet to lace through), and is using OutDry rather than GTX.
I'm looking back and forth and can't see any other differences, other than the price. $250 vs $450. Anyone have any thoughts or know of major differences? Thanks!

A quick look shows EVA and PU in midsole of Charmoz, i believe the rebel are all PU.

Going off memory here as I haven't had either on my feet for over a year but I believe the upper was a little stiffer/more supportive on the charmoz and there is more rocker in the sole of the Rebel.
