The best calipers made are mitutoyo.
I use a $30 pair of Amazon and they work fine.

I have an RCBS 505 scale. Balance beam scale. It's slow to use but very accurate probably within a tenth of a grain. I use it for calibrations and confirming electronic scales in case they have reading variations while they warm up. I don't use it when I have multiple charges to weigh.

I don't have a specific standalone electronic scale for weighing. I use an rcbs charge master lite to drop charges and it works fine. Depending on what powder I'm using it might overcharge or undercharge one out of 20 loads. If I bought another one I would probably read some reviews and get one that was just a little bit better. But you can absolutely get great loads with it. If it overthrows or under throws a load you know it.

In my years of reloading, the 3 things that gave me total Joy when I bought them were:
1. RCBS micrometer bullet seater.
Set screw type bullet seaters for a rifle are tedious you ever change bullets much.
2. RCBS chargemaster light
The balance beam was horribly slow and I hate trickling loads.
3. Garmin Zero.
Total game changer.

your wallet is the real limit

Mitutoyo for the caliper, 6" one is sufficient. Choice of the scale is up to your budget
