I bought the Ultralite last year hoping it would be my end-all be-all rifle for my all my future hunts. I'm left handed and I've always shot right handed rifles throughout my life so I just learned to run them that way and never thought twice about it. I'm a new hunter as of the last 5 years and I've loved every moment I get to be outside doing it. Unfortunately I'm finding out the hard way that being a lefty using a right handed rifle in unsupported field positions is much more difficult than I anticipated.
Long story short I'm selling my Ultralite and trying to make the transition to a left handed action. I just finished this year's hunting season with 2 whitetails with 2 shots. Last year my longest shot was 380 on a buck with one shot. So the rifle is plenty accurate for reasonable hunting distances.
It has about 400 rounds down the barrel. Most of it has been Hornady 147gr ELD-M, but have shot Barnes 127 LRX and Black Hills 147gr ELD-M and all have shot quite well out to 450.
The rifle will come with the Stockys VG2 stock, Warne picatinny top rail, front SRS picatinny-arca rail and 2 detachable 3 round magazines
No rings, scope, bipod or suppressor will be included.
I do have an extra set of 30mm Warne Hyperlite low rings if interested however.
