Howdy All,
I have a brand new unfired, hard to find Savage Impulse mountain hunter in a .300 Win Mag for sale or trade for the right thing.
Super awesome rifle, lightweight, fast action straight pull is pretty cool. Was afraid it might be a bit "gimmicky" but not at all! The motion is a bit different but once figured out, it's faster and much easier to stay locked in and on target.
Came across this one and had to have it as soon as they came out. Set in the safe and just never took it out. Always reaching for one of the other .300s.
The Mrs says I've hit my yearly quota, (thank goodness we've only got a month left). I'd like to move this one to purchase another. Need a nice waterfowl semi-auto or a bit more tame rifle for her. Would love to pickup an A-400, or a 300WSM or another .06 for her. I get to hunt about anything so if you have something different let me know! Can't hurt!
Proof research carbon barrel, ambidextrious all around. Tang saftey and the ability to switch and run the bolt handle on the left side. Brand new with box, all papers, fit kit and all. Did call savage and request a thread protector (not normally included) and not a big brake guy. The old brake does have a few marks on it from trying to remove it.
