This is an unfired Savage Axis 2 Pro. 6MM ARC. It has an accutrigger and a 20" barrel. Barrel is threaded to 5/8x24. Cerakoted barreled action. The bold handle is nicely improved from the previous generation. The bolt lift isn't bad at all IMO, but I have a bolt lift kit that I can send with the rifle or install for you if desired.
