I came across this article this morning. I assume this would apply to hunting as well if the order persists until fall.

It is amazing how little precipitation has fallen over the last nine months across the southwest.

Yep, it's dry! AZ has parts of several National Forests completely closed due to fire restrictions.

I fished the Rio yesterday, crazy low and warm, I would not go back and fish it again personally until the water comes up. Much warmer and the fish won't be able to handle the stress of catch and release!
