Hello. Wondering if anyone has any experience or recommends any butchers or taxidermists in or around San Diego county? Planning to have a couple deer and an elk tag this year that I will be driving to and driving the meat/head or rack back for mounting. Trying to get any info ahead of time this year, Thanks.
