I get that they're cheap bows and that there are better options.
Wife wants a bow, or THINKS she wants a bow.
Been playing with a couple compounds but she seems to want to shoot fingers which, as I understand, is a no-no with most compounds due to string angle and some other factors. She's also struggling with the draw weight and these less expensive bows don't have the smoothest draw cycle.
So my thought is, grab her a Samick and maybe 25# limbs and, if she hates it, I'll put a little heavier limbs on it and play with it.
It'll never hunt and, at most will do a 3D or two a year plus some backyard flinging.
