Salomon X Ultra Alpine

I would like to know if someone had some experience hunting with the Salomon X Ultra Alpine model?
I didn't know this version until today, while searching online about hiking shoes.
I already have the X Ultra 4 Mid GTX (a very lightweight hiking model), and the heavier Quest 4D GTX.

I think these are brand new. Look intriguing but I haven’t seen any reviews, let me know if you get them!

They look decent. As a regular Salomon user, I like them to be a little taller than these appear.

The model in your link is the low version, but I was thinking about their "mid" (taller) version.

Yes, I was referring to this "Mid" version.
Sorry for my late reply by the way, but I was blocked from Rokslide access for several weeks (it had happened before already, I don't know why, maybe because I am located outside the USA and their system might block IP addresses located overseas?). So once in while, I get denied access to Rokslide or some other US websites.

Tried these on the other day. Noticeably less cushion compared to other x ultra models but also a stiffer sole. Seem geared towards scrambling or climbing in technical terrain.
