Anyone used the salomon 2-3 year guarantee warranty? Toes got wet today in the snow so I’ve sprung a leak somewhere and I’m only at 18 months of use.

i just did. its 2 years, although mine were purchased through one of there dealers. my conversation with salomon was if purchased direct through salomon you deal with them if purchased from retailer you call the retailer and deal with them....be it i bought elsewhere i called the retailer and discussed my call with salomon and explained what they had said as well as my situation with boot failing after minimal use. i sent my failed boots to where i purchased free of charge, was issued a pre paid shipping label, i was sent a new pair from the retailer i purchased. was simple in my case. good luck
