I got one at a reduce price ($250) from Scopelist. PSA - depending on how far back your scope is mounted, or in my case, if you have a muzzle device, it may not fit. And there may also not be room for your can - depending on length. Looks like another reason to get this puppy shortened. Or the purchase was a bust.

Fits much better now. Who did you have cut and thread that fluted barrel? What thread pitch were you able to get with the flutes?

I had TBAC cut it. To be honest, I don't know for sure the thread pitch. The CB was already installed prior to me sending the rifle to TBAC for cutting and re-threading. They didn't specify that they switched the CB for another thread pitch, so it could be 5/8x24 (like the OEM thread on the rifle), but I'm not sure.
