Thanks for the reply! Im just not sure if I want to spend the money on that since I already have the marsupial? I may wait to check it out in person at ETAR this summer.I asked for the same input a while ago and finally just went ahead bought one. I took advantage of the end-of-the-year sale.
I emailed Randy, the owner, for some input on sizing and he responded right away with some good info. Looks like a great design and I love talking with Randy about hunting and products. I have never used Marsupial, but the Safari Tuff fully encloses the optic the same way. Flap folds down easily and stays down out of the way. Harness seems confortable, easy to adjust, and has autolock buckles and no magnets.
Fit and finish is excellent and the materials is super quiet inside and out. No noise at all when binos are removed or put in and anything rubbing the outside is a lot quieter than my HPG setup (Cordura so of course it is). It's a fleece like material but not piled so I don't think it will attract a lot of burrs and seeds. We'll see on that. Not sure if there is any DWR coating, I forgot to ask about that, but there is some padding or something that holds the shape of the main part of the case.
There is a large, flat, pocket on the back for phone or tags, etc. It's a flat, open-top pocket that is nearly as wide and deep as the whole case. Two elastic pockets on the sides for wind checker. Same depth as those on the old Sitka harness if that helps. There is an elastic loop and J-hook on the top and bottom to silently hold the flap open or closed. Easily works with one hand.
I have no field use to report but the overall quality and quiteness is right up there with other of their products I believe. I chose it because I wanted something quiet over everything else. I wish I had also gotten the rangefinder pouch but will have to add that later. I may also add some webbing on the bottom to attach a bear-spray holder or something. There is no Molle webbing on the bottom or anything.
Hope that helps a bit, I know how it is trying to decide to try something without much info.
Thanks for the reply, my Alaskan guide creation is just way too loud for hunting whitetails. I believe you’ve sold me on the ST!I asked for the same input a while ago and finally just went ahead bought one. I took advantage of the end-of-the-year sale.

That’s why I switched also. My others were just too loud and I’m too clumsy! Thanks for the reply, my Alaskan guide creation is just way too loud for hunting whitetails. I believe you’ve sold me on the ST!
