After dragging my new saddle hunting set-up out and about, I decided to make some gear for it and streamline everything. Made a real simple tool roll to hold 2 carabiners, rapeller and ascender that is pretty quiet and keeps everything somewhat organized. Used a Goodwill cotton flannel shirt as material.

Really brainstorming on the pack now. My lumbar pack isn't cutting it with my platform.

First evening in my SRT saddle setup and I'm figuring it out slowly. Sewed up one of those webbing gear holders and tore a clip out of an S-biner for a bow holder.

After unsuccessfully getting into my target tree, I've decided that a throw line and weight is not something to DIY. Finding tons of sign and planning on throwing a bunch of presets after February.

What rope are you using? You ought to take out one of those carabiners and stow your rope on one of those pockets, or rip the stich out and make a bigger pocket. Or roll it up on the inside like a sushi roll
