I bought these for a model 66 and ended up going a different direction. They appear to be unused with no signs of wear and have a very nice figure.
I think these were called 'Target' grips and, as stamped 'KL' on the inside, I believe they fit both K & L frames...but I'm a bit out of my depths here. FWIW...does not have the screw.
