WTS Ruger No1 25-06 stainless

For sale is a used laminated stock stainless action Ruger number 1 in 25-06 rem

This is a rifle that is catch and release for me. I never found a scope worthy of this rifle in the last year. Trying to pass this on to someone who will enjoy it as it should be.

This is the stainless heavier barreled version with the laminated stock. Not a sporter contour barrel. Prices for this is based on what I’m seeing on true gun values. I realize that this isn’t a typical rokslide gun, but I figured that there are a few here who might appreciate this for what it is.

I just shot an elk at 500 yards last Saturday with a 7mm Rem Mag identical to this one. After 19 years of being my primary hunting rifle it's still looking pretty good.

I guess I did just refinish the stock last year haha, but the metal still looks great. I would love this rifle, but I also have a 6.5 CM No. 1 in blued and walnut that I need to shoot more.

Price seems fair seeing as how I bought my 6.5 about 6 years ago and it was $1500 new and is not stainless.
